Born in 1974 in Greve, Denmark

Became a chef from Præstekilde Kro in 1996 and continued his education at Sorø Storkro to become a waiter. Finished in 1998.

Travelled and worked all over the world for several years. I.e. Australia, Bermuda, Barcelona, London etc..

Returned to Denmark to work at Restaurant SuRi, later he spent a number of years at Restaurant Ensemble and latest, noma.

Kim is partner and co-founder of Restaurant Relæ and as the restaurant manager he is in charge of service and daily operations.
