
Born in 1982 i Sengeløse, Denmark
Began training to become a chef at Kong Hans in 2004. Later he became a trained waiter at noma. Meanwhile he attended The WSET (The Wine & Spirit Education) in London and became a sommelier in 2011, specializing in sensory analysis – approach and reflections on impression.
Has worked as a sommelier at Restaurant Relæ since its opening in 2010 and has – both here and later at Manfreds – been part of shaping the restaurant’s profile when it comes to wine.
Anders is currently writing on a book, which is to encourage the wine-drinking Danes to enjoy ’better’ and less known wine.
